Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on ‘healing’ technique that may be easily fitted into today’s busy lifestyle with sessions of 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour. Allow yourself time to experience a Reiki session even if for only 30 minutes. You will feel more relaxed, calm, less stressed, energised and more in harmony with your life as result of a Reiki session. Just as we are each an individual, so is each person’s experience of Reiki. Yes, the use of the Bach Flower Essences and Australian Bush Essences is an option. They may be discussed and offered during a session but are only given in consultation with the client and if the client wishes to take them.

Once the Flower Essences have been made up the bottles are carefully wrapped and placed into Australia Post bags. Each package may be tracked and the tracking number forwarded to you. The cost of postage and packaging is additional to a session fee with costs dependent upon Australia Post rates – weight and package size. The time taken for a package to be delivered is dependent upon Australia Post services and destination i.e. generally rural and remote locations will take longer.
