About Inner Sanctum Natural Therapies

Inner Sanctum Natural Therapies provides a caring space where you can focus on you. A time where you have someone listen to you. An opportunity for you to feel able to listen to and follow your heart. Todays’ busy lifestyle and expectations can make it hard to find time to care for ourselves and allow us to explore our potential.

Our services support emotional health and well-being in your everyday life through the use of Bach Flower Remedies, Australian Bush Flower Essences®, Reiki and Holistic Counselling. These modalities may be used separately or combined to meet individual needs.

Consultations are provided face-to face, over the phone or via video link.

Inner Sanctum Natural Therapies is located in Turramurra on Sydney’s North Shore.

Petrana’s diverse career background has always had a focus on people. This continues today in her work at Inner Sanctum Natural Therapies.

After a career spanning 30 years in education, senior management and community services, alongside gaining qualifications in natural therapies, Petrana has transitioned to fulfil her long term passion to work solely in natural therapies, supporting individuals in their pursuit of wellbeing, inner peace and harmony.

Petrana’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (Hons), Master of Arts (University of London), Diploma of Holistic Counselling, Bach Flower Essences Levels 1, 2 and 3, registration as a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP) and inclusion on the Bach Foundation International Register. Additional certificates include Australian Bush Flower Essences Levels 1 and 2 and Reiki Levels 1 and 2.

Petrana is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Petrana adopts a holistic approach, with empathy and compassion to support individuals in their everyday lives.
